I had the chance to photograph the new Wuppertal Suspension Railway, capturing both the sleek interiors of the carriages and the whole system during a quick personal city tour trough Wuppertal. The fun – and challenge – was to find and capture exciting camera angles from inside the carriage, highlighting the innovative design while the train gently rocked into the curves.

The weather couldn’t have been better to highlight this award-winning project, designed by büro+staubach and honored with the IF Design Award.
